Oversee and manage the maintenance role at our Canterbury Place Care Community based in Canterbury.

About the role:

  • Based at Canterbury
  • Full Time, Monday - Friday
  • 9am – 5pm shifts

Role responsibilities and requirements:

  • Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
  • Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable but not essential
  • Building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis
  • Liaison with external contractors as required
  • Lawn and garden maintenance as needed
  • Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
