Job Description

1. Maintain and produce all wooden items and furniture in the facility.
2. Keep the technical services workshop operational.
3. Care for and repair wooden items in the facility.
4. Perform tasks assigned by the manager related to the department and position.
5. Participate in any work requiring the full involvement of the Technical Service Department.
6. Replace broken windows, repair keys and locks.
7. Work on a shift basis, starting on time.
8. Keep the workspace clean and ensure it is tidied after work. Maintain a professional appearance and wear a uniform.
9. Perform other reasonable tasks as requested.
10. Follow policies, procedures, and instructions from the Chief Engineer.
11. Participate in the Emergency Response Team.
12. Take all necessary occupational health measures and comply with safety protocols.
13. Implement environmental protection activities, participate in biodiversity initiatives, and promote resource conservation, including minimizing the use of consumables like paper.
14. Implement energy-saving measures and assess environmental impacts of purchased equipment.
15. Properly manage waste to reduce pollution and environmental harm.
16. Ensure compliance with quality management and food safety systems.
17. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical high school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of practical experience relevant to the role.
