QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 6-month contract in the North York area. The role reports to the Maintenance or Community Manager and involves preventive and unscheduled maintenance, safety, and resident service.

It requires coordinating with trades, maintaining records, and ensuring property standards are upheld. The position calls for 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or higher, and availability for emergency response.

Qualifications

• Two years of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma; post-secondary coursework or certification preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and Work Order App is a plus.
• Familiar with smartphone/tablet technology.
• Emergency response and on-call availability.
• Ability to lift at least 25 kilograms.
• Strong communication with staff and residents.

Responsabilités

• Maintain building mechanical systems (pumps, HVAC, life safety).
• Perform scheduled, preventative, routine and emergency maintenance.
• Inspect suites and complete make-ready tasks.
• Coordinate with trades (painters, electricians, plumbers).
• Maintain logs, safety checks, and inventories.
• Order supplies as needed to support operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in common areas.
