Job summary

Select Finishing Ltd in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform intermediate‑level maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery. This role requires some specialized knowledge and handles more complex tasks than entry‑level technicians.

Duties include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs (electrical, plumbing, mechanical); assist in training Maintenance Technician I; maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in maintenance tasks; able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems; strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs on equipment and machinery.

Job Purpose The Maintenance Technician II performs intermediate-level maintenance and repair tasks. This position requires some specialized knowledge and is responsible for more complex tasks than those performed by entry-level technicians.
