Job summary

Select Finishing Ltd in Windsor is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain the cleanliness of interior and exterior spaces across our facilities. The role emphasizes daily cleaning, waste management, and keeping the work environment safe and orderly.

You will follow a schedule to support operations with minimal disruption to production and business activities. A high school diploma is required; basic documentation tracking may be needed in daily tasks.

• Vacuum and wash floors
• Dust lobby and office
• Wash windows (inside and out)
• Clean washrooms

Job Purpose

The Janitor is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the interior and exterior of both Select Finishing facilities . The Janitor will be responsible for establishing and adhering to a schedule that would ensure all requirements are met in a timely manner , with minimal interruption to the administration of the business or the business’ production process.

Duties

Clean and stock washrooms

Clean and stock cafeterias

Empty all refuse containers

Manage supplies for cleaning and stocking washrooms and cafeterias

Clean interiors of fridges and coolers as required

Use of floor sweeper/floor scrubber throughout each building

Clean offices as assigned

Vacuum and wash floors

Dust lobby and office

Wash windows (inside and out)

Clean washrooms

Other miscellaneous items as required

Qualifications

Industrial environment with exposure to paint, solvents, and machinery noise.
