Responsibilities

  • Inspect buildings and grounds, identify maintenance needs, and address them promptly.
  • Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
  • Reconfigure and rebuild work stations for buildout projects.
  • Assist with moving furniture and equipment.
  • Patch and paint walls as needed.
  • Replace light bulbs and ballasts.
  • Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring proper functioning.
  • Adjust thermostats for optimal comfort.
  • Pursue personal development to enhance role performance.
  • Assist with office and team relocations.
  • Order materials and supplies as required.
  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with team members, management, owners, and guests.

  • Complete all required training and compliance courses.

Compensation

$25.00 per hour, with potential quarterly bonuses based on performance.
