Job description

Agilus is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician in the Property Management Industry in St. Albert, Alberta.

A typical day :

1. Walk site to ensure quality and identify potential maintenance issues
2. Assist with the completion of on-demand work orders
3. Assist with the completion of suite turnover repairs
4. Assist with the completion of site quality control projects

Successful candidates will have :

• Handyman experience
• Energetic journeyman certification
• Double vaccination

What we offer :

• Hourly rate: $30
• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shift
• Weekly pay
