Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the New Zion/Clear Horizon properties in Shreveport, LA. You will repair appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and basic carpentry, ensuring reliable service for residents.

Ideal candidates have HVAC knowledge with 3+ years in apartment maintenance, can move heavy equipment safely, and must be available for emergency calls 24/7. A background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with 3+ years in maintenance, preferably in apartment communities.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely and use proper equipment.
• Emergency maintenance availability 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.

Currently,Envolve is searching for a Maintenance Technician to work atNew Zion/Clear Horizon in Shreveport, LA.

Duties

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience. Preferably in the apartment industry.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required
