Full Time Maintenance Technician in Mississauga
Must be able to work 40 hours a week on SIN.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY IN A MANUFACTURING OR INDUSTRIAL SETTING.

$25-40/hr depending on experience.
You will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our facility and equipment to ensure a smooth production process. While an electrical background is a plus, we are looking for candidates with a range of maintenance skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and scheduled maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.
- Assist with basic electrical repairs when necessary.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with team members to support production goals and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Electrical certification is a bonus.
- Forklift and Scissor lift/Aerial licenses.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
