Qualifications

• Experience with drywall installation, plastering, and painting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to urgent service requests to minimize resident disruption.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventories of parts.
• Ensure safety standards and local regulations are followed.
• Identify improvements to optimize maintenance operations and resident satisfaction.

Operating for over 5 years, the company owns and manages several residential properties across Montreal, the South Shore, Gatineau, Quebec City, and Cornwall. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team and reach new heights.

We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Moncton, New Brunswick. You will play a key role as an essential contributor to our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment such as HVAC systems and appliances.
• Diagnose and perform repairs efficiently, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly and effectively to urgent service requests to minimize inconvenience for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inventory of parts.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and local regulations to maintain a safe living environment.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize maintenance operations and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Work closely with property managers, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient coordination of tasks.

Profile & Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Experience with drywall installation, plastering, and painting
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC experience is considered an asset
