Role Overview

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all equipment, performing routine repairs, and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing hardware, plumbing, electrical systems, and monitoring safety and energy systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• 5th or 4th Class Power Engineer certification.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety commitment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
