What Will Make You a Great Fit

We seek an individual with strong mechanical skills and a proactive maintenance approach. If you have troubleshooting experience and a passion for ensuring smooth operations, you might be the perfect fit!

To Excel In This Role, You Should Be

• Minimum of three years’ previous experience considered an asset
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Clean Driver's abstract required
• Able to use basic power tools and perform basic building maintenance
• Basic command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills
• Plumbing knowledge is an asset
• Ability to exercise good judgment under pressure
• Physically fit to stand, crouch, kneel for long periods, and lift over 25 kg
• Carpentry/Construction skills are an asset
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Your Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing general maintenance such as millwork, minor plumbing, door repairs, window installations, interior painting, drywall repairs, etc.
• Using various power tools, painting, drywall repairs
• Supporting building operations as needed
• Performing carpentry work in repair and construction
• Installing trim, doors, molding, hardware
• Refinishing furniture and performing finished carpentry
• Responding promptly to emergencies and service requests
• Assisting with landscaping tasks
