Job summary

Matrix Camps & Logistics is seeking Camp Maintenance Technicians for rotational, fly-in/fly-out work at a fully remote camp in Bathurst Inlet, NU. You will perform hands-on maintenance, coordinate repairs, and support trades teams to keep camp facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications include Level 1 First Aid, a valid driver’s license, and a Facilities Maintenance certificate or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are

Qualifications

• Level 1 First Aid (2-day course) is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Facilities Maintenance certificate or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Proficient MS Office skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Office 365.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-focused mindset.
• Criminal record check and pre-access drug & alcohol testing.

MATRIX is seeking Camp Maintenance Technicians for rotational, fly-in/fly-out work at a fully remote camp in Bathurst Inlet, Nunavut. These technicians will ensure camp facilities operate smoothly by performing hands-on maintenance, coordinating repairs, and supporting trades teams. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, organized, and ready to respond quickly to emergencies and daily system checks.
