Entry Level FIFO Labourers - Nunavut Lake Lodge Remote Camp - 4/2 Rotation - Fly-In & Fly-Out + Camp - Up to $20/hr
Kitikmeot Camp Solutions is seeking motivated and dependable Entry Level Construction Labourers for their Lake Lodge remote site in Nunavut. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction and remote-site operations, working on a rotational fly-in/fly-out schedule. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a remote northern environment for extended periods.

What You’ll Need
- No previous construction experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Willing and able to work a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule at a remote site in Nunavut
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, repetitive tasks)
- Ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in extreme northern weather conditions
- WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain prior to or during onboarding
- Willingness to complete all required company and site-specific training
- Must meet all client and project site-access requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Previous construction, general labour, maintenance, or industrial experience
- Previous experience working at a remote camp, mine, or construction site
- Experience using basic hand or power tools
- WHMIS, First Aid/CPR, or CSTS certification
- Experience working in northern or Arctic environments
- Experience working with diverse teams, including Indigenous and Inuit employees and communities
