- Repair and replace general hardware.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes like broken locks, faucet replacements, light fixture replacement, wall preparation, plaster, paint and unplugging toilets and sinks.
- Ability to request and supervise contractors.
Skills, knowledge, and abilities required:- Highly observant and responsive.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Good time management.
- Knowledge of electrical work.
- Knowledge of plumbing work.
- Good knowledge of carpentry work, repairing cabinetry, drawers, doors, and wood floor repairs
