Job summary

BGIS in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Crew Lead - BAS to manage a team of BAS Technicians responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple facilities. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Electricians, HVAC mechanics and vendors.

You will supervise field work, maintain service records, conduct JHRA and PPE inspections, and ensure facilities meet uptime targets and occupant comfort. Strong leadership and BAS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility operations and maintenance
• Previous people leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma plus trades training and certification
• Ability to lead a team and adhere to processes and practices

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS technicians and monitor work progress
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on BAS systems
• Coordinate with electricians and HVAC mechanics
• Ensure safety and compliance with JHRA and PPE inspections
