Job Overview

Snackruptors Inc. is a recognized leader in the industry, dedicated to quality, innovation, and an inclusive workplace. We seek a Maintenance Team Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure equipment efficiency, enforce safety standards, and lead our maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily maintenance activities, ensuring effective operation of all systems.
2. Improve equipment performance using OEE and downtime analysis.
3. Train and mentor technicians in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
4. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
5. Perform emergency repairs and provide technical guidance.
6. Ensure safety protocols are followed, including LOTO procedures.
7. Manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedules.
8. Collaborate with leadership to align maintenance strategies with company goals.
9. Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
10. Utilize CMMS for maintenance tracking and inventory management.
11. Support team management, including monitoring attendance and managing leave requests.
12. Investigate incidents and non-conformities, and close out actions.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with PLC expertise.
• Industrial Millwright 433A or Electrical License (309A or 442) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, downtime analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, including LOTO and high-voltage safety.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Indoor work environment, with exposure to hot temperatures.
• Close proximity to others during work.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs, wearing safety gear as required.
