The Opportunity: As part of our Maintenance Department, we seek a Maintenance Supervisor- Trailer. Responsibilities include overseeing trailer inspections, repairs, and service, organizing work execution, communicating timelines, and managing team performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Identify and communicate trailer maintenance issues
• Lead daily toolbox meetings and communicate shop priorities
• Delegate workload and ensure quality standards
• Manage data entry and updates in maintenance systems
• Schedule inspections and mentor technicians
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team skills
• Audit and approve work orders
• Plan trailer compliance activities
• Maintain vendor relationships
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Promote department organization and cleanliness
• Administer maintenance reports
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams
• Review processes for improvements
• Attend monthly meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanic with 310T or 310J Red Seal Certification
• 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Licensed Technician
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid driver’s license; AZ license and heavy equipment experience are assets
• Knowledge of North American fleet maintenance
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff
• Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude
