Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in a role with oversight of scheduled maintenance, safety compliance and cost control.

You will review weekly schedules, assign work to millwrights, and respond to emergencies to keep equipment available and reliable. The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervision experience, strong SAP and CMMS proficiency, and a track record in heavy equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Formal technical education as listed: DEP/DEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervision experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment repair and asset inspection, CMMS/SAP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled maintenance with focus on quality, safety and cost.
• Review weekly schedules; assign work to millwrights and set priorities.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns to ensure prompt repairs.
