Job summary

Skeena Gold + Silver Limited is seeking a Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner for Eskay Creek mine site in northwestern British Columbia. The role develops safe, efficient maintenance work plans for mill fixed plant assets, covering mechanical and electrical/instrumentation work and ensuring availability of labour, materials, and permits.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of fixed plant maintenance planning experience in mining or heavy industry, strong CMMS skills, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 5 years of fixed plant maintenance planning or scheduling experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to develop coordinated work packages across mechanical and electrical/instrumentation disciplines.
• Strong understanding of maintenance work management, shutdown planning, and execution support.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete field-executable maintenance plans for fixed plant assets (mechanical and electrical/instrumentation).
• Define scope, sequence, labour hours, tools, permits, and isolation requirements.
• Plan maintenance for crushers, conveyors, pumps, piping, and control systems.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, reliability, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Maintain CMMS records, asset hierarchies, and planning data.
• Support shutdowns, commissioning, and major component replacements.
