We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Planner to join our client's manufacturing team in Vaughan. As a Maintenance Planner , you'll play an important role in setting up recommended maintenance schedules and generating work orders. Includes preparing job plans detailing the scope of the work, required resources and duration.

What We Offer :

• Job Type / Shift : Full-time / Permanent

What You'll Do :

• Provide maintenance supervision support (hourly employee management), including staff scheduling.
• Ensure Preventative Maintenance (PM) program standards are developed, maintained and improved.
• Effective planning of all required resources - review the daily production schedule to set up the maintenance PM schedules to utilize weekday hours.
• Maintain the asset-based maintenance work order response program and follow-up on completed work orders.

What We're Looking For :

• Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of tools and parts.
• Supervision and Team Management skills.
• 5 years’ Maintenance Planner experience.
• Creative thinking and analytical skills.
