Company Overview

Our client, a major player in the crane rental and maintenance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. The company offers a modern and diverse fleet suitable for various projects. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities for the crane fleet.

Responsibilities

1. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance, managing recalls and warranties.
2. Coordinate work with suppliers and follow up with stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with mechanical and procurement teams to ensure resource availability.
4. Optimize maintenance productivity and supervise preventive maintenance execution.
5. Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for continuous enhancement.
6. Estimate labor, materials, and tools for maintenance tasks.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
8. Follow up on purchase requests and verify received materials.
9. Perform additional related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Vocational or college diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in the mechanical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in French and English (asset).
