Job summary

ADM Midland, Ontario flour mill is seeking a Maintenance Millwright to maintain equipment, support preventive and corrective maintenance, and respond to after-hours calls. This unionized, hourly role includes shift work, some weekends, and call-outs.

The position requires millwright certification, 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ability to read drawings, and strong safety knowledge (OHSA, GMP, HACCP).

Qualifications

• Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) is required.
• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Ability to read equipment drawings and documentation.
• Strong safety knowledge and adherence to OHSA, GMP and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair, rebuild and maintain equipment for reliability.
• Read drawings and document modifications to equipment.
• Support after-hours calls and share in shift responsibilities.
