Bourgault Industries is seeking a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. You will maintain and repair equipment to ensure reliable operations and troubleshoot complex issues.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 (Starting Wage is dependent on experience)

Location: VONDA

Job Summary: Bourgault Industries is looking for a Journeyperson Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will support the Highline Manufacturing team & provide maintenance services for a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & repair buildings, equipment & grounds to ensure safe, reliable operations
• Troubleshoot & resolve complex equipment issues
• Plan & complete work efficiently with minimal disruption & high quality standards
• Support preventative equipment maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams & suppliers to implement solutions

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician
• In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication equipment
• Effective problem‑solving skills
• Very good understanding of electrical systems
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational & project management skills
• Positive attitude showing a strong desire to learn & improve
