Bourgault Industries in St. Brieux, SK is seeking a Millwright or Electrician to join our Maintenance team. Journeyperson preferred; 2nd/3rd year apprentices encouraged. You will maintain and repair production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to support safe, reliable operations.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls. Competitive pay with benefits, retirement plan, profit-sharing, PPE allowance, and on-site fitness facilities.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Millwright/Industrial Mechanic or Electrician preferred.
• 2nd or 3rd year apprentices will also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication equipment.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems and electronics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
