Job summary

Shell Canada is seeking a Maintenance Millwright at the Brockville Lubricants Plant to perform high-quality maintenance in a fast-paced packaging environment. The role involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

The candidate should have a minimum of a High School Diploma and ideally hold the 433A Millwright certificate, plus CMMS/SAP experience.

Qualifications

Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Must hold or be able to obtain the 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate.
2 years’ experience with Production Processes and related equipment is preferred.
Proficient in CMMS and SAP for maintenance management.

Responsibilities

Manage preventative maintenance program, breakdown response, and coordinate with production, engineering and other resources to improve uptime.
Troubleshoot and provide corrective maintenance during operating time and respond to equipment and facility issues.
Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
Operate within SAP and other computerized programs for inventory management and maintenance transactions.
