The Narmco Group is an industry leader in the automotive industry for metal stamping and assembly. As a result of continuously growing our professional team, we have a challenging career opportunity for a Maintenance Manager.
This hands-on position is responsible for the supervision of skill trades and General Contractors in a multi-shift environment.
Key focus will be maintaining and repairing all manufacturing equipment (including heavy ton stamping presses, robotics and standard to complex machinery) and facilities and building maintenance (including air compressors, chill water systems, overhead cranes, and lift trucks).
The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for implementing and managing preventative/predictive maintenance programs and assisting plant operations with engineering solutions, commissioning, and product launches.
Wages $40 - $52 per hour, based on experience

College Graduate / Diploma or better in Electromechanical Eng Technician (Robotics).
College Graduate / Diploma or better in Electronics Eng Technology (Ind Automation).
Red Seal Certification or better in Industrial Mechanic / Millwright.
Technical/other training or better in Maintenance / Mechanic / Millwright.
Experience with metal forming and processing of metal stampings including various welding applications in an automotive environment
