Job summary

Spark Power in Vaughan is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to join our team. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and institutional settings, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering reliable power solutions.

Qualifications

  • Five years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional settings.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in various settings.
  • Install conduit and wire, terminate conductors.
  • Troubleshoot circuitry and replace damaged components on industrial equipment.
  • Install fixtures and devices for industrial applications.
  • Order parts and manage materials using computer systems.
  • Complete work orders per client specs and review with the customer for satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
  • Prepare for upcoming work and coordinate with team members.

As an Electrician, you will be part of our team responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various industrial, commercial and/or institutional settings. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

What will you do as an Electrician at Spark Power?
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment and components in various settings
  • Installing conduit and wire, terminating conductors
  • Troubleshooting circuitry and replacing damaged components on industrial equipment and systems
  • Installing fixtures and devices for industrial applications and systems
  • Ordering required parts and controlling all job materials using our computer system
  • Completing work orders as per client specifications and input; reviewing the completed job with the customer, to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Maintaining a clean work area at all times, while demonstrating your commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Proactively preparing for upcoming work
  • Interacting with various individuals at different levels within the company
