Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of implementing successful preventative and corrective maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operations of facility infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, develop strategies, and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict potential issues.
• Proactively identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate equipment or facility-related downtime.
• Oversee tooling inventory and tracking systems to ensure availability and proper usage.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to address tooling needs and maintain inventory levels.
• Evaluate and recommend new tooling or equipment to enhance productivity and quality.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost‑effective use of resources.
• Monitor expenditures and implement cost‑saving initiatives without compromising equipment or facility performance.
• Oversee procurement of parts, tools, and services for maintenance operations.
• Lead the response to emergency maintenance situations to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to production.
• Develop and maintain contingency plans for critical equipment failures and facility emergencies.

Essential Functions
