Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to oversee and control the operations of our commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and systems within our establishment.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities.
2. Identify customers' needs and ensure service satisfaction.
3. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
4. Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
5. Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and safety standards.

Supervision:

Manage a team of 1 to 2 staff members.

Computer and Technology Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
