Job summary

The Bethany Group in Camrose is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a dedicated team responsible for safety, efficiency, and a welcoming environment across Bethany Group's Camrose facilities. This leadership role focuses on the long-term care of buildings, systems, and grounds to support resident, visitor, and staff experience.

You will oversee building systems, safety codes, and preventative maintenance while contributing to budgets and workforce planning with the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications

• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in a mid-sized company.
• Education: completion of a college or university program in business administration or in a discipline related to facility operation and maintenance or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience in maintenance
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, safety codes, and maintenance workflows.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate a team and collaborate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Mentor, schedule, and manage a high-performing team of maintenance professionals.
• Ensure Safety: Oversee daily operations to guarantee total compliance with facility safety regulations.
• Manage Assets: Supervise preventative maintenance programs for building systems, structural components, and grounds.
• Optimize Operations: Assist the Maintenance Director with budgets, workforce planning, and efficiencies.
