Job summary

Unilever Canada is seeking a Maintenance Lead to drive World Class factories with zero defects and zero losses. You will lead a cross-functional team, implement countermeasures, and advance predictive maintenance and automation to improve reliability and cost.

The role includes coaching in root cause analysis and training the maintenance crew. Candidate should bring 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience and an engineering degree, with strong troubleshooting and data-driven decision

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Gradual level education in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to visualize the ideal production system.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to eliminate breakdowns and improve basic conditions.
• Apply Focused Improvement and Quality improvement methods to define countermeasures.
• Train maintenance staff and coach root-cause analysis and durable countermeasures.
• Support preventative, predictive maintenance and automation improvements.
