Reporting directly to the Field Foreman, the Maintenance Lead plays a key role in advancing operational efficiency within the Integrated Operations program. This position focuses on identifying process enhancements, managing quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) inspections, and overseeing third‑party maintenance staff. Join our team to contribute to a more efficient and reliable operations environment that drives success.
This exciting opportunity is based at a camp approximately 1.5 hours north of Fort St. John, BC. You'll enjoy a stable schedule with a standardized 15‑day on, 13‑day off rotation. This is a safety‑sensitive position, and therefore you are required to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening.
