Job summary

Parkbridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Parkland Village, Spruce Grove, AB. You will support maintenance across residential homes, community buildings, roads, landscaping, and water systems, with a hands-on approach and ownership from start to finish.

The role requires 2+ years of general maintenance experience, a valid G-class license, and the ability to respond to after-hours issues. You will contribute to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction in a dynamic community.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of related general maintenance experience; hotel or campground industry experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater systems; Water Operator Certification is a plus.
• Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean record.
• Flexibility to work weekends, days, nights, and emergency call-ins as required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas.
• Conduct regular swimming pool testing.
• Perform maintenance on community buildings and equipment.
• Traffic and road maintenance, signage, and pothole repairs as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours calls as required.
• Uphold health and safety requirements and promote a safe work environment.
