Reporting to the Manager or designate, the successful candidate will operate, maintain, and repair building systems and equipment. The role involves performing trade duties at a journeyman level across various construction trade areas. Tasks include building demolition, renovation, and construction, with potential responsibilities in building system operation and maintenance. The position also includes administrative duties and supervising designated staff.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience

Graduation from a recognized program in power engineering. Three (3) years of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A certificate of competency as a 4th Class Power Engineer is required.
