Thales is hiring a Ship Maintenance Coordinator to provide work package support to the Ship Maintenance Leads and the broader Service Delivery team managing and coordinating assigned Technical Support Network (TSN)(sub-contractors) during each Work Period. The Maintenance Coordinator ensures that: TSN's complete all agreed maintenance activities to the required quality in a safe and environmentally friendly manner; TSN's deliver complete Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for all completed tasks; management of all special tools and test equipment loaned to TSN's; and management of all material expended or returned by the TSN's. Reporting to their respective NEM Liaison & Service Delivery Team Lead, the Maintenance Coordinator assists Ship Maintenance Leads in generation and management of reports along with management of additional documentation required to facilitate and close out each work period.

The anticipated Total Target Compensation(TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is based on $67,170.06- $104,952.21 range. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
