Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to lead facilities and housekeeping operations across the community. You will oversee daily maintenance, respond to requests and emergencies, and maintain HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems while ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include supporting move-ins, documenting preventive maintenance, managing vendors and logs, and training the team on safety.
