Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 3-4 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
