Job Description

As the Maintenance Attendant, you will create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the hotel property. Your role is vital in forming guests' first impressions, from day-to-day maintenance to collaborating on major repairs, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest interactions; address complaints appropriately
• Maintain knowledge of rooms, hotel layout, amenities, and emergency exits
• Understand mechanical, electrical, fixtures, and equipment systems
• Address minor maintenance issues proactively
• Keep detailed records of equipment, safety systems, and inspections
• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and amenities, including pools and back-of-house areas

Experience, Passions, and Education

• Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Certification or hotel maintenance experience is a plus
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations

Working Conditions

This role may involve long days and weekends, requiring physical activity and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. It is a fast-paced environment demanding independent work and multitasking.
