You’ll handle general, preventative, and repair maintenance, respond to emergencies, and assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks to keep residents happy.
The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–2+ years of maintenance experience, ability to work evenings and weekends, and comfort with basic tools.

Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our apartment complexes and to the overall success of Morguard. This role is primarily responsible for the general, preventative and repair maintenance of a single complex of buildings as well as, apartment units and grounds. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns. In addition, this role supports a variety of maintenance activities including: minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting to ensure service and support is provided to residents thereby promoting Morguard as the preferred landlord of choice.

Annualized Base Salary Range: $32,000 - $42,000
The salary range listed for this position reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered may vary and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, skills, certifications, internal pay equity and business needs.
