Job description

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • 1-2 years of maintenance or related experience
  • Flexibility to work on-call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends)
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and painting
  • Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry
  • Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Our maintenance teams are responsible for general preventative and repair maintenance of multi-unit residential buildings, including in-suite turnover and repairs, and grounds maintenance. This role supports a variety of maintenance activities including minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting to ensure service and support is provided to all residents of Hazelview Properties.
