Job summary

AB MAURI (CANADA) LIMITED in Calgary seeks a Maintenance and Inventory Coordinator to support Maintenance and Engineering, assess and maintain inventory for production schedules and customer orders, and create work orders to maximize resource efficiency.

You will manage CMMS data, maintain asset records and PMs, ensure SQF and food-safety compliance, and handle purchasing, vendor quotes, and documentation while maintaining strong communication and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3–6 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Create work orders for Maintenance and Engineering needs.
• Update and maintain assets in CMMS.
• Track and manage PM activities in CMMS.
• Maintain spare parts stock levels and inventory.
• Respond to parts requests by maintenance and engineering personnel.
• Data entry of work order status and completion.
• Comply with SQF and food safety regulations and corporate requirements.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:Support and assist the Maintenance and Engineering departments to meet their desired objectives.
