Job summary

Electromega Ltée/Ltd is seeking a passionate Automated Systems Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and optimize high-tech equipment for clients. You will handle on-site interventions, remote support, and documentation while maintaining a strong customer-service focus.

Requirements include a DEC in a related field, 1–3 years of experience, and fluency in French and English. Travel within the region and a company vehicle are included as part of the role.

We are looking for a passionate, independent, and customer-service-oriented Automated Systems Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with our clients to install, diagnose, repair, and optimize high-tech electronic, IT, and mechanical equipment. Each day brings its own set of challenges, new situations, and learning opportunities. Your main responsibilities: Respond to service calls and perform on-site interventions at client locations. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, and IT malfunctions. Perform repairs, calibrations, upgrades, and functional tests. Provide remote technical support via phone, email, or remote access. Desired Profile

Knowledge of English is required as the incumbent will communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners located outside of Quebec, as well as consult technical documentation, equipment manuals, and software available only in English as part of their duties.
