Job summary

The role requires 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of software development experience in enterprise systems.
• Experience on large-scale mainframe financial applications (banking/payments).
• Strong skills in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM and IBM mainframe tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ, and SQL.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and fixes.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and operations to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Participate in modernization, automation, and incident management to improve stability.
• Contribute to code reviews, SDLC governance, and Agile delivery.
