Position Overview:

This position requires strong mainframe engineering skills with RACF version 2.5 or 3.1. A secondary benefit would be expertise with ACF2 version 16. Additional mainframe technical support experience or in-depth knowledge of IT Security Standards (such as NIST, STIGs) within TD or industry best practices are beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage legacy engineering practices while transitioning to modern, automated, and simplified mainframe security solutions.
2. Provide consultation and advice on Technology Controls, Information Security programs, policies, standards, and incidents.
3. Conduct risk assessments, define controls, evaluate control procedures, and perform vulnerability assessments.
4. Lead or contribute to risk and control design assessments, document impacts of control gaps, and develop risk mitigation and remediation plans.
5. Contribute to the development of a global security management strategy and framework.
6. Ensure technology, processes, and governance are in place to monitor and respond to security threats.
7. Develop security risk reports, monitor trends, and measure control effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with technology partners to integrate security components into the enterprise architecture.
9. Provide guidance on regulatory compliance, assist in audit preparations, and manage remediation activities.
10. Participate in security incident responses and represent the security function to the business.
