Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe technologies including COBOL, PL/I, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, and z/OS.
- Strong expertise in Mainframe Modernization across assessment, rehosting, replatforming, refactoring and legacy transformation.
- Experience modernizing monolithic applications into API-enabled, microservices-based, cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise modernization initiatives and set modernization roadmaps.
- Mentor technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.
- Drive integration of mainframe capabilities with REST APIs, microservices and cloud platforms.
