Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in Mississauga is seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with strong IBM Mainframe experience. You will analyze requirements, design, develop, and maintain batch and online applications while supporting production issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves developing programs using COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM and JCL; creating batch jobs; and collaborating with analysts, QA teams and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. AI/GenAI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in application development, enhancement and production support.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies and release processes.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe environments z/OS, TSO/ISPF.

Responsibilities
