Job summary

Public Health Ontario is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Toronto to support the Maestro inventory system implementation and data migration from Sage. You will coordinate access, manage intake forms, run reconciliations, create analytics, and support policy updates within a busy laboratory and warehouse environment.

The role requires related experience in inventory control, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on accuracy, safety and timely delivery of supplies.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education required.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination/inventory control/purchasing.
  • Knowledge of Sage, Maestro and related data systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Biosafety knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receives, unpacks, counts, tracks, and checks incoming supplies.
  • Match goods against packing slips and enter receipts in the system.
  • Prepare and coordinate data migrations and reconciliations.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and summaries for leadership.
  • Coordinate Maestro system access and training support.
  • Support inventory modernization and policy updates.
