Job summary

Orion Machining & Design in Alberta is seeking a skilled machinist with strong attention to dimensions, tolerances, and blueprints to join our on-site production team. The role requires precise measurement, setup of traditional and CNC machines, and adherence to exact specifications throughout manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of shop-floor experience, can read engineering drawings, and will contribute to maintaining and calibrating precision tools while working at our

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables.
• On-site work only; no remote work option.

• Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
