Job summary

OdinVision Inc. in Waterloo, ON is seeking a Machine Vision Application Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between the AVB platform and customers’ manufacturing lines. You will design, deploy, and support vision inspection systems in real production environments.

You will configure systems using AVB, select lighting and optics, and lead on-site commissioning with automotive and medical device clients while collaborating with sales and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with industrial cameras, lighting, and lens selection.
• Familiarity with machine vision software platforms (AVB, Halcon, Cognex, or similar).
• Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning.

Responsibilities

About the Role
